Senior Team Lead / Technical Lead
Should be hands on expertise in Java, Ajax, Web services. A good exposure to Flash, Flex using Action Script, MXML is preferred. Should have multiple releases product delivery experience. Any server side programming - Java, PHP etc.
Needs to develop an application using Flash and Flex technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Action Script 3, MXML and related technologies
Should be able to use Flash assets within Flex
Should have developed Flash/Flex apps which communicate with server side technologies such as J2EE or PHP.
Capable of understanding and programming with frameworks such as Cairngorm. Be able to handle performance issues within Flash/Flex.
