Basic Minimum Qualifications
MS in Computer Science/equivalent with commercial software development experience and expert in system programming and object oriented design. Typically 10-12 years of experience
Expert knowledge in Java , Oracle SQL and a wide range of internet technologies such as XML, HTML, PKI, and J2EE and broad expertise in business domain knowledge, ideally in procurement and payment processing
Economy in design and where possible, elegance. Creative solutions that exceed/supersede direct requirements
