At least a year’s experience working in one Websphere Portal & Web-Content Management and Rational Application Developer.
4 to 8 years of experience working on Java/J2EE technologies,
Extensive experience in web technologies and framework like Struts, Spring, AJAX, JSF etc.
Good in Application Server concepts like WebSphere and good in database designing preferrably Oracle.
