Application Packaging Engineer
Degree in information technology or computer science.
2-4 years relevant work experience in Application Re-Packaging and Application Maintenance using tools such as
Wise Package Studio (Preferable), InstallSheild Studio, Orca.
VB/ Java scripts or Wise Scripts for Custom Actions.
Detailed understanding of MSI tables and custom actions
Understanding the Windows Registry/File system
Understanding the client/server and web based software architectures
General knowledge of Oracle, Sybase & MS SQL databases and its desktop components.
Understanding of application deployment methodology.
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients across the Globe.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
